Have you ever tried to make a chocopaste of your own instead of bying it from the super market? Have thought about the benefits of offering to your family a homemade delice, so easily prepared, without conservatives and with full taste? Well, I do it often but this time I used a super powerful secret ingredient that I am about to reveal to you.
I looked recently the new products line by Delhaize called Super Food. A line of nature based products, reach in needful ingredients and ready to make my day as well. The "Vitality" product based on almonds blackberries brazilian nuts and pistachio is a totally delightful idea to adopt in my chocopaste. And so I did it. In 10' minutes. Delicious, nutritious and indispensable for my breakfast or early afternoon break.
Do you have a Delhaize super market close to you? Check it out and prepare my recipe today!

For 1 jar of 600 grs
Preparation 10'
Ingredients
150 gr of dark chocolate 64% finely chopped.
250 gr of sugar concentrated milk
100 gr (2 X50 sachets) of Delhaize Super Food Vitality finely chopped (in your multi mixer)
a tsp of vanilla extract.
Put the chocolate and the butter in a pan. Melt the ingredients in low heat and stir well in order to be well incorporated. Add the concentrated milk and the vanilla extract and continue whisking until you have a fully homogenized mixture. Finally add the dried fruits chopped.
Pour the mixture in jars or in one jar of 600 gr (this is basically the total quantity approximately prepared)
Reserve in the fridge for 1 month: Prior using it in your breakfast just leave it for 10 to 15 minutes out of the fridge to soften.
