Vanilla ice cream delice

Here you have a dessert to prepare in only ten minutes ... The ingredients you need are just ... imagination. With a bit of ice cream vanilla, crispy waffle chocolate sauce and fruits that you like, make your afternoon a really delicious moment ... An intelligent and quick idea, even for a simple dessert after lunch.

Ingredients

Vanilla Ice Cream

100 g chocolate 52%

100 g liquid cream

One tablespoon of honey

Bananas (as in this preparation, if you put all fruits like)

Crispy waffles

Cover with cling film from bottom to top 3-4 individual molds. Add some ice cream in a way to fill only half part of the mold. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours. This stage can be done even a day before.

Prepare a chocolate sauce. Boil the cream and pour it into the chocolate cut in small pieces. Stir thoroughly to homogenize and then add honey.

Remove from a mold the ice cream and place it in a dish that you like. Decorate with the fruits that you like. Drizzle with chocolate and add the crispy waffle on top.

And then ... make it disappear! ...
