Low fat mosaic parfait

A refreshing and light recipe of the traditional mosaic from last year's researches and tests. Check it out! A delicious low fat idea for spring and summer.

Waiting in the freezer for 6 hours
Ingredients
100 g cookies Petit- Beurre type cut into very small pieces
40 g chocolate 52%
80 g apple compote
50 g margarine with 60% vegetable fat
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
Put a cling film into an oblong shaped dish.
Melt chocolate with margarine in a bain-marie.
Add the biscuits into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Add the egg yolk and the apple compote.
Make a meringue by beating the egg whites with a little salt and gently incorporate it into the mixture by using a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the dish and place in the freezer.
