What could you possibly say to this cake version, easily and quickly made within seconds in microwave? Are you having doubts? All you have to do is try it. For me its a luxury breakfast. Banana and chocolate in a healthy but rich cake! Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 banana 1 egg 2 tsps honey 3 tbsp milk 4 tbsp oats 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tbsp finely chopped chocolate (choc chips) Optional for the end 1 tsp. nutella 1 tsp. almond roasted filets 1 tsp

Apply with a brush the oil in an individual bowl with diameter of 13 cm. (E.g. those that we use to eat cereals) Melt the banana with a fork into the same bowl. Add the egg and beat with a fork the two materials to mix well. Add the honey and then the milk without stopping beating with the fork. Finally add the oats and baking powder and mix well until they are well incorporated. Do not try to add another oats otherwise, when cooked, the cake will be very dry. Mix the chocolate chips and put the bowl in the microwave at 750 W for 2 minutes. Check with a knife if comes out dry. If not renew the baking for another 30 seconds. Invert in a dish, and optionally garnish with the roasted almonds and/or a teaspoon of nutella.
