Blondie apple

For the caramelized apples

Ingredients

6 apples golden

100 gr sugar

100 ml fresh liquid cream

20gr salted butter

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes

In a frying pan or a saucepan with a thick bottom add the sugar and let it become caramel by letting it melt well. From time to time shake the pan in order to enablethe sugar to melt completely without leaving remnants. Cook it until it becomes light brown in color.

Over medium heat add the butter and mix with a silicone spatula to incorporate it well with the melted sugar. Finally, add the cream very carefully (attention: the mixture splashes while in contact with the liquid). Stir gently with a silicone spatula.

Read very well any recipe.

 

Make sure that you are familiar with all ingredients mentioned in the recipes.

 

Always try a recipe twice. 

 

Don't be afraid to combine different flavours. Results are not always successful but you can learn.

 

Don't be afraid of great chef's recipes. There are sometimes difficult (not always) but with lots of practice the final result is achieved.
