When you work hard all day long, sometimes you don't have the time for an easy but delicious end of meal dessert. So, sometimes you realize that you don't need special techniques and time wasting to make of a few ingredients an absolute delice.

For Valentine's lovers... take a look at the below recipe. Take half an hour of your time and express your talents!

For 4 persons

Preparation 30'

A pack of oreo cookies blended

2-3 tbs of butter melted

250ml of fresh liquid cream

180 gr of white chocolate

300 gr of mascarpone cheese

For the decoration

Caramel sauce

Chocolate sauce

Fresh fruits

Mix the cookies powder with the melted butter until they are well incorporated.

With a heart cutter spread the mixture in plate by shaping hearts (like in the pictures)

Leave them aside

Put 90 mls of the fresh liquid cream along with the white chocolate cut in little pieces (to melt easily) in a saucepan over low to medium heat.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let sit at room temperature until cool.

Place the mascarpone and the remaining cream in a bowl. Whip on low for a minute until the mascarpone is loose. Then increase to medium speed until you have a light whipped cream

Mix about ¼ of the mascarpone mixture into the chocolate to lighten. Fold in the remaining mascarpone until well incorporated. Fill a pastry bag with the mousse and decorate.
