No words for this temptation. Even if you are unexperienced try it. It's easy to make and bake it. This dessert will definitely blow your mind!

Preparation 20' (total)

Baking 25 to 45 minutes (depending on the baking dish

Waiting for the frosting 1h

Ingredients

280 gr all purposes flour

2 tsps of baking powder

1/4 tsp of salt

50gr of coca powder (unsweetened)

300 gr sugar

3 medium eggs

300 ml buttermilk

130 gr melted butter

1 tsp of vanilla extract

250gr milk chocolate chips

100 gr toffee chips

For the frosting

100 ml fresh liquid cream

50 gr of chocopaste (nutella type)

For the decoration

Fresh fruits, anything that you like

Let's start with the frosting

Boil the cream in a saucepan.

Pur the liquid cream onto the nutella and mix well (it can be easily done with a handmixer as well)

Put the mixture on the fridge until it is very cool. Minimum waiting time is 1h.

Until it cools, prepare the cake.

Preheat the over to 165 C degrees.

Put the flour the baking powder, the salt, the cocoa and the sugar in a large ball and mix them to be homogenized.

In another ball beat the eggs like an omelette and add the buttermilk, the butter and the vanilla extract. Mix them well.

Then pour the liquids to the flour mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon until you have a fully homogenized chocolate mixture. Don't mix for a long time. All you need is to have an homogenized mixture.

Finally add the chocolate and caramel chips and softly mix to well incorporate them in the chocolate mixture.

Butter and flour a 20 x 20 oven dish. Pour the mixture and bake for 25 minutes.

Let it cool for a while.

Beat the chocopaste mixture in the mixer until it becomes a chocolate whipped cream.

Serve the cake with the chocolate whipped cream frosting and a few fruits that you like, for example raspberries, or strawberries.

Enjoy!
